Aime's Gourmet Pickles is a small family business from Dayton, Ohio that evolved from homemade gifts out of the garden into a micro-cannery and co-packing company that took flight during the COVID-19 lockdown of 2020. Our pickles and pickled products are hand-packed products that are crafted in small batches and then processed as a shelf-stable product. We use all-natural ingredients and old-fashioned canning methods to bring you the most flavorful pickles and pickled foods.

 

We are passionate about pickles and how they are made, and believe this is what sets us apart from store bought pickles. First, our ingredients and jars are purchased locally (and sourced locally when in season). Next, the products are made with all fresh produce, spices and a vinegar, water and salt brine with no artificial dyes or preservatives. And finally, we have fine tuned our processes to make sure that our canned pickles maintain that beloved crunch!

Amy's pickles gained a reputation amongst family and friends over the years. When the time came to name the company, it made sense to include "Amy's Pickles" in the name. Amy's grandmother is one of AGP's biggest fans and it was her idea to change the spelling to Aime because it means loved in French and she, "LOVES" Amy's pickles.

Amy, her family and our recent AGP addition, Milena, all help with the manufacturing and distribution of all of AGP's pickles and pickled products throughout the Dayton and Cincinnati areas.
